Powerful understanding of the psyche, wisdom of the ancient ones, unlocking the deep inner truth of the shadow. An opportunity for spiritual growth, without by-passing the wisdom of the dark. This process is a deep balance of light and dark. Say yes to this initiatory calling of the Mystic.

Dates:
October 9, 10, 11, and 12 (Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Theme: Exploring Aspects of the Psyche — Light and Dark

We will begin Thursday 7pm -ending with ceremony Sunday 2:30 pm.

• Schedule & Highlights

• Thursday: - Dinner your own. Meet at the studio at 7Pm -10pm studio time Introduction Circle, meeting our shadow, Mask Making process.
  Meeting Our Shadow
  Begin the journey by understanding and engaging with the shadow aspects of the psyche. Introduction and group discussions set the stage for deeper exploration. Recognizing the hidden aspects of the Self. An inner connection to any resistance and accepting and listening to revealed pieces of the fragmented Self.

• Friday: Breathwork a Shamanic Journey
  Morning: Breathwork presents music of a shaman -this session will focus on creating an altered state of consciousness, releasing and transforming energy.

Creation of a Mandala an expression of the soul.

Afternoon: Process exploring the unconscious (shadow aspects) and connecting to deeper truths.

• Saturday: Meeting the Mask (Shadow): Unveil and explore areas of denial, resistance, or repression within the self

Deep group work and integration: Navigating the process of embracing and integrating shadow aspects.

Saturday evening community shared meal and fire and or hot tub.

• Sunday: Ceremony and Closing Circle:

Time for finishing your mask and poem for preforming Art and expression of the integrated Shadow.

Artistic and Expressive Practices:
        •       Mandala Art Creation: Visual expression and contemplation.
        •       Poem Writing: Expressing insights through words.
        •       Performance Art: Embodying personal transformations.
        •       Closing Ceremony: A powerful ritual to honor and integrate the shadow work completed over the weekend.
